Trud Krut Forum: IT Crimea Technopark experts will talk about career opportunities for young Sevastopol residents in the IT field

February, on the Day of Russian student groups, the career forum «Work is cool» will be held, organized by the Russian Union of Youth. Within the framework of the forum, leading top managers and HR specialists of large Russian companies will talk about the labor market and career opportunities for young people. The program includes: a job fair, panel discussions and a round table with representatives of the city’s universities, as well as heads of headquarters of student groups of educational organizations.

Technopark «IT Crimea» will also be presented at the regional site of the forum at Sevastopol State University: visitors will be able to learn more about the activities of the Russian silicon valley and participate in the drawing from the Technopark.

Technopark evangelist Sergey Golubkin will speak at the business program and talk about the professional development and career prospects of young people in IT, analyze successful cases and success stories.

The Russian IT industry has been developing rapidly during the pandemic, high growth (more than 30%) was noticeable in game development and the field of user service applications. In the 2022 year, the pressure of sanctions and the outflow of IT personnel changed the situation, opening up new directions for development and creating a shortage of personnel. Technopark Deputy General Director Maria Tretyakova will talk about the possibilities of obtaining a job offer through training and will present IT Crimea educational programs.
