15 young specialists of the Crimean food and processing enterprises received a lump sum payment from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea

For the first time, young professionals who work in the Crimean cities at Novator LLC, Simferopol Winery JSC plant” and JSC PBK “Krym” received a lump sum payment from the Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea. This year, state support was provided to 95 graduates of universities, as well as secondary vocational schools, who work in the field of agriculture.

In recent years, the agricultural sector has fundamentally changed. Now this is a dynamic and high-tech area that requires deep professional and sometimes related knowledge from employees in several areas at once. Working in the agro-industrial complex has become much more prestigious, promising and profitable, therefore, young people are increasingly choosing agricultural professions. To support young professionals who have received specialized education and work in the agro-industrial complex, our ministry has been providing one-time financial assistance for the sixth year in a row, — quotes the press service of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Savchuk.

The head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture also clarified that before 2022 only those specialists who worked in rural areas received such support. After a personnel analysis, which was carried out by employees of the ministry, this year it was decided to support those who work at food and processing enterprises in the cities of the republic.

Recall that from 2017 to 2022 years there are more than 130 million rubles of a lump sum payment received 573 young specialists who have completed their agricultural studies and work in organizations of the Crimean agro-industrial complex.

Reference: young professionals include citizens of the Russian Federation aged no older than 35 years, who have completed training in the areas of training under programs of higher or secondary vocational education, employed in organizations of the agro-industrial complex Republic of Crimea.
