A new section on the State Services portal was created on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. SBO participants will be able to learn about all the support measures available to them, as well as get answers to frequently asked questions.
A section is also provided for active military personnel participating in a special military operation. In addition, the portal’s virtual assistant, robot Max, can now talk about all areas of the fund’s work and give instant answers.
The modern digital system we are introducing will, among other things, allow us to collect feedback on the quality of the support measures provided, so that we can quickly respond to difficult situationssaid Anna Tsivileva, Chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
The foundation’s new website is also being prepared for launch. It will contain news sections and announcements of events, information blocks in the areas of social and medical support, employment and training, legal assistance, public and charitable projects. There will also be an electronic reception desk.
Since its opening, 10 thousand people have applied to the Crimean branch of the state fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”.
Thanks to the launch of a special section on the State Services portal, military personnel and members of their families will have the opportunity to quickly and conveniently find out all the information they are interested in right on their smartphone. It will be regularly updated and supplemented with data on support measures available to Northern Military District veterans— emphasized the head of the Crimean branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, Vladimir Tregub.
Another innovation was the launch of the “Hotline” of the Russian Ministry of Defense. It has been running in test mode since February 29 and during this time it has received more than 20 thousand requests. The hotline was launched on the first button of number 117.
Let us remind you that the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation was created on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, with the purpose of personal support for veterans of the Northern Military District and family members of heroes. Defenders receive assistance with medical and social rehabilitation, employment, and legal support.
