Construction work completed at 23 facilities in Simferopol

December, within the framework of the operational and economic meeting, the head of the department of capital construction of the administration of Simferopol Anton Davidenko informed about the results of the work of the structural unit for the current year. According to him, as of December 9, more than 601 million rubles have been disbursed from the envisaged plan, which is more than 23 percent of the cash plan.

The disbursed funds were spent on activities within the framework of the implementation of contracts for design and estimate documentation and design -survey works, of which objects received a positive conclusion of the examination. As well as on measures for the implementation of construction and installation works, of which 23 work on the objects has been completed in full. They include major repairs of: educational facilities, 6 housing facilities and 2 cultural facilities , — quotes the press service of Anton Davidenko.

The residual amount of cash disbursement of the reporting year mainly represents activities, the urgent need for which was formed in November 2022 of the year:

• fulfillment of construction works on the installation of fences in 8 educational institutions;
• repair of the sports hall in sports school No. 2;

2021 construction work on storm sewers in the Khoshkeldy microdistrict.

601 Thus, the repair work of the hall of the sports school No. 2 is nearing completion. “In the sports school, lamps with grilles were dismantled, electrical wiring was replaced, and the ceiling was repaired. Currently, the installation of new lamps, electrical panel, installation of woven mesh is being completed. The facility will be commissioned this year,” continued the head of the department.

In turn, with regard to the sewage facility in the Khoshkeldy microdistrict, most of the earthworks have been completed, pipes have been laid, and 3 wells have been installed. Achieving the construction readiness of the facility in full is expected before the end of this year.

Summing up, it should be noted that from 100 year to 2021 year, the average percentage of cash development by the department of capital construction is 83,eight%. In 2022 year it is planned to 23% fulfillment of expenditure obligations.
