Crimean cheese won gold awards at the largest international food exhibition in Moscow

Crimean cheese won 8 gold medals and a gold star at the largest international food exhibition in Moscow. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk. Prestigious awards were received within the framework of the largest international exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe «Prodexpo-2023».

Within the framework of the exhibition, manufacturers from 35 countries could demonstrate their products, as well as take part in various competitions. According to the results of the professional tasting competition, 8 products of the Dzhankoy Dairy Plant were awarded gold medals. The Gold Star «Best Innovative Product 2023» was awarded to Sweet Village Lavender Cheese. This year, more than two thousand participants, including Crimeans, took part in the international exhibition. Our enterprises also presented dairy and non-alcoholic beer products, groceries, teas from Crimean herbs , — the press service quotes the head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture.

According to the press service of Novator LLC, 9 product samples were submitted from the enterprise for the competition. Semi-hard cheeses «Maasdam» and «Dzhur-Dzhur», Crimean «Camembert with truffle», «Sweet village with lavender», cream cheese with Crimean shrimp and curd cheese with fragrant Yalta onions, butter with Crimean sea salt, cottage cheese and curds in glaze .
