The Ministry of Labor of Russia has prepared a draft resolution on the postponement of days off in 2024. So, next year, the New Year holidays will last from January 1 to January 8, according to Telegram channel departments.

The Ministry of Labor has prepared a draft resolution on the postponement of holidays in 2024. We will rest from January 1 to January 8, 2024 (the New Year holidays themselves will last 10 days and begin on December 30, 2023)the message says.

There will be several such “blocks” of weekends and holidays in 2024:

• from January 1 to January 8, 2024 (the New Year holidays themselves will last 10 days and begin on December 30, 2023);
• from 23 to 25 February;
• from 8 to 10 March;
• from April 28 to May 1 and from May 9 to 12 (on the «May holidays» we will rest twice for 4 days in a row);
• 12 June;
• from 3 to 4 November;
• from 29 to 31 December.
