In Crimea, for 9 months, the development of budget funds amounted to 98.6% of planned appointments

According to the results of the execution of the expenditure part of the budget of the Republic of Crimea for 9 months of the current year, the development amounted to 174, 1 billion rubles, or 98, 6% of planned appointments. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

For 9 months of the current year, the volume of activities and work performed in the republic has increased significantly compared to the last year’s figure. The rate of execution of the expenditure part of the budget, the percentage of budget funds disbursement, and the quality of work have also improved. Including within the framework of the implementation of the program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea, the cash execution amounted to 19, 7 billion rubles against 19, 3 billion in 2021 year, an increase of 2.8 times , — quotes the press service of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers RK — Minister of Finance of the RK Irina Kiviko.

The Deputy Prime Minister clarified that in January-September, in general, the development amounted to 174,1 billion rubles, or 98,6 % of scheduled appointments for the period. Including socially significant budget expenditures, including wages and wage contributions, social payments, expenses for compulsory medical insurance of the non-working population, were executed by 55%, amounting to 36,6 billion rubles. Top-priority expenses were indicated in the amount of 55, 7 billion rubles, or 98, 8% of the appointment plan . Capital expenditures were executed by 36, 8%, or by 50 billion rubles. Interbudgetary transfers to municipalities were directed to the amount of ,6 billion rubles, which amounted to 99,4% execution.

In addition, within the framework of the report, Irina Kiviko noted the high-quality work of the ministries and 4 state committees and inspections that completed the plan for 100%.

Non-fulfillment of the cash plan amounted to 2 billion rubles, so a number of budget managers still have problems with the formation of the cash plan and control over the implementation of projects, mainly for subjective reasons.
