In Crimea, those who earn more are least likely to doubt their work decisions

The majority of city residents with a salary of 100 thousand rubles or more almost never doubt the decisions they make at work. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population with work experience took part.

45% of Crimeans claim that they almost never have doubts in decisions made at work: “Experience does not allow me to make mistakes.” 39% sometimes hesitate in making responsible decisions: “I always double-check myself.” 7% often doubt: “I don’t know everything yet.” Due to not very much life and professional experience, doubts about work decisions are more common among those who are younger. City dwellers with salaries of up to 50 thousand rubles a month lack firmness in decision-making the most. Among respondents earning more than 100 thousand rubles, the majority claim that they almost never doubt (59%) — noted in the press service of the service.

The least likely to hesitate when making work decisions are managers at all levels, engineers, doctors, HR and project managers.
