In Sevastopol, more than 2.5 thousand entrepreneurs and self-employed people received support at the My Business center

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Within the framework of the national project «Small and Medium Entrepreneurship», the My Business Center provides support to Sevastopol entrepreneurs. In the first half of 2023, 28 small and medium-sized businesses received a trademark registration service, 25 underwent certification of goods and services, and 78 entrepreneurs were helped in promotion.

The My Business Center proves its effectiveness every year: we see that the number of requests is increasing at different stages of doing business. Last year, the My Business center provided support to 3,198 small and medium-sized businesses. In the first six months of 2023, the figure has already exceeded 2,000, which means that not only the number of applications is growing, but also the level of confidence of entrepreneurs— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Also in the first half of the year, 768 people became participants in 33 free webinars and other educational events, 385 entrepreneurs and self-employed people contacted the center’s hotline, 493 oral consultations were held for SMEs and another 432 for individuals.

The My Business Center was recommended by the Employment Center as a platform where you can get support for business development. My company is a little over a year old, we are developing. We applied for a certification service and received the necessary documents free of charge within two weeks. I plan to apply to the My Business Center in the future, I intend to receive marketing services. I am grateful to the specialists for the high service and support, — says the director of the enterprise for the production of semi-finished products «Nekulinariya» Dmitry Kretsulyak.

The results of the work for the first half of the year of the Microfinance Fund and the Guarantee Fund of Sevastopol were also summed up. Thus, since the beginning of this year, the Microfinance Fund has issued 84 microloans in the amount of 264.26 million rubles, which is 63.36 million more than in the same period last year.

Since the beginning of the year, the Sevastopol Guarantee Fund has provided 38 guarantees in the amount of more than 240 million rubles. This allowed entrepreneurs to attract almost 715 million rubles for business development.

To obtain a guarantee, an entrepreneur needs to apply to a financial institution, which, in turn, applies to the Guarantee Fund. Thus, a tripartite guarantee agreement is concluded. The individual entrepreneur Aleksey Vinokurov has already taken advantage of this opportunity this year. With the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund, he was able to attract more than 23 million rubles to his business.

My company manufactures and wholesales construction mixtures, and also provides transport services. Last year, the MEGAMIX trademark was registered, the development of which is expected in 2023 — this is a line of high-quality dry mixes to replace top segment products. Sales of these products within the Crimea are more than 1 thousand tons per month. The support of the Guarantee Fund helped to move in this direction.— emphasizes Alexey Vinokurov.
