In Sevastopol, on Molodykh Stroiteley Street, as part of the national project “Healthcare”, implemented by decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a clinic for 400 visitors per shift is being built. The progress of the work was monitored by… O. Director of the Capital Construction Department Ivan Pogodin.
We continue the construction of a clinic on Young Builders Street. The contractor conducting the construction and installation work is reliable. I was personally convinced that the work was progressing ahead of schedule. We are confident that we will be able to complete the work ahead of schedule — in 2024. The organization of the activities of the medical institution will be based on the territorial-precinct principle; the facility will provide primary medical care to the adult population living in the area of Shevchenko Street, Molodykh Stroiteley Street, Stoletovsky Prospekt and the surrounding areanoted Ivan Pogodin.
The design, survey, construction and installation work is carried out by the contracting organization Teplostroyservis.
Currently, 25 builders and 2 pieces of equipment are involved at the site. Currently, monolithic structures are being erected on the third floor of the future clinic, enclosing structures on the second floor, plastering work is underway on the ground floor, and cable products are being installed on the ground and first floors. Construction readiness – 31%. Of course, comprehensive landscaping of the territory is provided: we will carry out landscaping, lay pedestrian paths, benches for rest, provide external lighting of the territory, and also arrange parking on the territory of the facility— said the head of the site, Yuri Parfenov.
The medical facility will be three-story, the total area of the building is 4,677 square meters. meters. According to the project, on the ground floor there will be a registry office, a lobby, a pharmacy kiosk, the office of the chief physician of the clinic, a resident’s room, the office of the head nurse of the clinic, a block of pre-medical and emergency rooms, a diagnostic department, treatment rooms, an X-ray department, administrative and auxiliary rooms. On the second floor it is planned to locate a therapeutic department, a block of surgical and specialized reception rooms. The hall on the second floor has an administrator area and waiting areas. On the third floor there will be a day hospital and a department of rehabilitation treatment and medical prevention.
The building will be equipped with infrastructure for people with limited mobility; on the territory of the institution there will be a parking lot for 38 spaces, including 5 for people with limited mobility.
Let us remind you that in 2023, a medical outpatient clinic for 100 visits per shift was put into operation on Fiolentovskoye Highway, as well as a clinic for 320 visits per shift in Kazachya Bay.
