Pyrotechnicians from the Ministry of Emergency Situations neutralized explosive objects near Feodosia: mines and shells

On December 15, pyrotechnicians of the Special Marine Detachment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea carried out an operation to neutralize explosive objects from the times of the Great Patriotic War.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia discovered and identified explosive objects: GO Feodosia, outside the village. Primorsky, towards the Tavrida highway: AS-150mm – 2 units, AS-122mm – 1 unit, AS-76mm – 2 units. In total, employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations discovered and neutralized 258 explosive objects of various calibers, as well as 500 units of small arms ammunition— reported the emergency department.

Explosive items were removed, transported and destroyed at a special site. Pyrotechnic decontamination work was carried out in compliance with all necessary safety measures.
