The draft law on support for NWO participants and their families was approved by the Government of Sevastopol

The government of Sevastopol has prepared and agreed on a draft law on additional support for members of the NWO: mobilized, volunteers, military personnel and their families. The document will be submitted to the Legislative Assembly.

We will try to make the provision of measures as simple as possible, without bureaucratic delays. Vladimir Vladimirovich Nemtsev and I will put our signatures under it now, and a large number of deputies also expressed their desire to sign for its introduction. At the next meeting of the Legislative Assembly, the law will be submitted for consideration , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The Office of Legal Work drafted this bill on behalf of the Governor. Participants of the special military operation and their families are invited to provide the following measures of social support: compensation for the cost of paying for housing in the amount of 50 percent of the cost of services for housing within the social norm of housing area, including members of their families living with them, admission of children to state budgetary preschool educational organizations on an extraordinary basis and exemption from payment for their attendance, free provision of recreation and health services to children, provision of children with free meals in state educational organizations, the right to receive free legal assistance , provision of land plots free of charge, assistance in employment. These support measures will also apply to family members of the deceased participants of the NWO.

Recall, in addition, now in Sevastopol there are regional support measures — these are payments of 1 million rubles to the dead and 200 thousand rubles mobilized as part of partial mobilization and volunteers.
