The results of the contest «Best Practices of Mentoring the Republic of Crimea» have been summed up

In order to collect the experience of domestic enterprises in the formation of a mentoring system in production, popularization and implementation of these practices in organizations of the region, the contest «Best Mentoring Practices in the Republic of Crimea» has been held for the fourth year. The competition is held in order to achieve the result of the regional project «Systemic measures to increase labor productivity» of the national project «Labor Productivity».

The competition is aimed at identifying and disseminating best practices in mentoring to increase labor productivity, encouraging and recognizing mentors who have made a significant contribution to the development of mentoring and replicating effective mentoring practices in Crimea. Based on its results, specialists are encouraged who have made a significant contribution to the development and replication of effective mentoring practices.— noted in the Main Department for the implementation of national projects.

Experts confirm that the mentoring system is a great opportunity for new employees to immerse themselves in all processes at the enterprise. Novice workers quickly master the practice and gain knowledge from more experienced colleagues. The winning practitioners will serve as an excellent example for others and will take part in the All-Russian competition.

Participation in the regional competition is free. In 2023, not only those enterprises that were included in the national project were able to take part, but also those who work in the social sphere: education, healthcare, tourism, science, culture and sports.

In the nomination «Breakthrough technologies for increasing labor productivity» LLC «Simferopol PO Krymplast» was declared the winner. It is held among enterprises participating in the national project. Implementation of innovative practices in the field of transferring knowledge and skills from a mentor to a trainee, as well as applying the concepts developed by a mentor to the enterprise using breakthrough ideas and technological solutions not based on digital innovations.

In addition, this nomination presents innovative solutions in the field of professional development and career growth of an employee of an enterprise, the formation of the required professional qualities and adaptation to the workplace, team, production environment, including a change of profession and professional retraining.

In the nomination «Professional development of youth» JSC «Kerch Metallurgical Plant» was declared the winner. The competition is held among enterprises participating in the national project. Implementation of practices aimed at making a conscious decision on choosing a professional path by students of universities, colleges, schools, thanks to the practice of professional orientation developed by the enterprise, determining the degree of professional suitability for a particular profession; the acquisition by students of initial practical experience, the consolidation and improvement of professional knowledge and skills acquired in the process of training, the development of modern production processes, adaptation to the specific conditions of the enterprise for further employment of the candidate.

In the nomination «Digital innovations in the enterprise» JSC «Krymkhleb» was declared the winner. The competition is held among enterprises participating in the national project. Implementation of practices aimed at the development and application of modern digital technologies used as part of mentoring, the use of digital platforms, the concept of big data (Big Data), as well as additive technologies, the transfer of key knowledge and skills related to innovative digital technologies in order to increase labor productivity .

In the nomination «Best Practices of Mentoring to Increase Labor Productivity» JSC «Crimean Soda Plant» was declared the winner. The competition is held among enterprises that are not participants in the national project «Labor Productivity». Practices are being implemented aimed at transferring knowledge and skills from a mentor to a student employee through the use of breakthrough technologies and digital solutions, the purpose of which is to increase labor productivity at the enterprise. In addition, this nomination presents practices aimed at preserving and transferring key knowledge and skills in an organization, increasing the degree of readiness of employees to occupy a target position, and developing strategic thinking.

In the nomination «Mentoring in the social sphere» JSC «Crimean Soda Plant» was declared the winner. The competition is held among enterprises that are not participants in the national project «Labor Productivity». Practices implemented at social enterprises (education, healthcare, tourism, science, culture and sports) and aimed at improving the quality of social services, as well as developing professional competencies among social workers are presented.

The national project «Labor Productivity» is aimed at developing human resources, maintaining and developing the unique competencies of employees and disseminating successful experience in working with personnel in this area— summed up in the Main Directorate for the implementation of national projects.
