The State Labor Inspectorate conducted about 200 preventive inspections in Sevastopol this year

The State Labor Inspectorate of Sevastopol regularly conducts preventive inspections at the enterprises of the city. This allows you to protect the labor rights of citizens while reducing the burden on business. In 2022 year, 53 such visits took place, every tenth of them was at the initiative of the employer.

Despite the fact that this type of prevention is a relatively new tool at the disposal of labor inspectors, it is already in demand among employers. In order to prevent violations in the field of labor law, preventive visits to the backbone enterprises of the city have been organized and carried out since the fourth quarter 2022, the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the State Labor Inspectorate of Sevastopol Vladimir Dudka.

In November, the head of the relevant department, together with the inspectors, conducted preventive visits to the «13 Shipyard of the Black Sea Fleet» of the Russian Ministry of Defense and «Sevelektroavtotrans named after A. S. Krupoderov.» During the inspections, a set of issues related to labor legislation was considered, such as the prevention of industrial risks, the prevention of violations of the labor rights of workers, as well as changes in labor protection legislation, the prevention of industrial injuries, and others.
