The Supreme Court has published another summary of the practice of applying the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The review traditionally analyzes cases considered by the presidium and judicial panels, and also presents the practice of applying the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

At the end of the review, answers to questions are given regarding cases of juvenile offenders staying in specialized institutions.

Among the items included in the review are the following:

• You cannot place an air conditioner on the facade of an apartment building without a decision of the general meeting of owners;
• the management organization is obliged to monitor the condition of mailboxes in the house;
• It is allowed to overtake after a car that has already started the same maneuver.
