CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Organizing Committee of the Fourth All-Crimean Employer Award HR Brand Crimea 2022 announced the extension of the application deadline for companies from Crimea and Sevastopol to 15 November this year. The winners of the Award will be determined by a competent jury in several categories: recruitment, adaptation, motivation, training and development, corporate culture, career growth, team leader, as well as in two new categories: efficiency and productivity, comfortable conditions and care for employees. In the annual special nomination «The Best Employer for Youth» students of the Crimean Federal University named after. Vernadsky will be chosen by companies-employers that have high authority, offer employment to university graduates without work experience. enterprises from different cities of the peninsula have already decided to declare themselves as an attractive place to work and increase the awareness of their corporate brand. The official partner of the Prize has traditionally been the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea.

The registration of Crimean companies is very active. Some of them are registered in several categories at once, which means that employers have something to tell experts and the labor market and how to prove their attractiveness , — said Oksana Afanasyeva, founder of HR BRAND CRIMEA. – It is especially gratifying to note that this year the Award attracts large companies with more than 1.5 thousand employees, including the Mriya Resort & SPA Hotel, Simferopol International Airport named after. I. K. Aivazovsky, the largest retail network of stores «PUD» and others. Separately, I note that for the first time the Crimean Federal University participates in the Prize as a nominee in order to promote its brand not only as an educational institution, but also as an employer for many young professionals.

Recall that in the 2022 year, the nominees will have only one online stage of the competition — this is the preparation and evaluation by the expert commission of a video presentation of the company as an employer and an HR project within the selected nomination. One participant can choose no more than two nominations in the competition. Applications for participation in the Prize are accepted until November inclusive at link. The nominee will have enough time to create a presentation, the video must be prepared and sent to the organizing committee before December 9.

Applicants will be evaluated by an expert committee, which includes heads of recruitment agencies, recruitment resource experts, Human Resource Development Department (HRD) practitioners, and other industry leaders.

Any companies that operate in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and meet the basic criteria of an attractive employer can become participants: they ensure compliance with the basic requirements of the labor code, take care of the comfort of employees, implement tools for motivating and developing staff, and have a positive reputation in the labor market. The number of staff, field of activity and form of ownership does not matter.
