This year, 2,190 criminal cases have been initiated on facts of drug trafficking in the Republic of Crimea, every second of which is for the sale of narcotic drugs.
640 serious and especially serious drug crimes were solved. More than 140 kg of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were seized from illicit trafficking. Thanks to The actions of drug control units managed to prevent the entry into illicit circulation of about 50 thousand average doses of drugs of synthetic origin. More than 1.3 thousand persons were brought to criminal responsibility for drug trafficking,” noted the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.
125 crimes committed in organized forms were solved, of which 10 were committed as part of organized groups and 2 by a criminal community.
