That residents of Crimea whose property was damaged as a result of the storm will receive compensation depending on the degree of damage. said Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk.
Financial assistance per person will range from 100 thousand rubles in case of complete loss of property, 50 thousand rubles in case of partial loss. Those whose living conditions are impaired will receive a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles. Payment in connection with the occurrence of an emergency is provided provided that the residential premises are in an emergency zone and living conditions are violated. One criterion for violation of living conditions is sufficient— quotes the press service of Yuri Gotsanyuk.
According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, the decision to confirm the fact of residence in a residential premises located in an emergency zone and the fact of violation of living conditions in a specific residential premises is made by a Commission created by the administration of the district (urban district). Such a decision is made taking into account all circumstances that may indicate a violation of living conditions.
