The Leninsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea issued a ruling in the case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a 27-year-old native of the town. Lenino, living in the village of Lenino, Leninsky district, for his commission of public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens.

During the consideration of the case, it was established that on October 12, 2023, the offender, while administering a personal page of the Telegram social network with the network pseudonym “Evgeniy 1kpp,” left a comment on a photo posted on behalf of the channel, which discredits the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. At the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt and repented of his crime., noted the press service of the court. — The court, having comprehensively studied the case materials, taking into account the circumstances of the offense and information about the citizen’s identity, imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
