The prosecutor’s office protested the decision to organize a market in the central part of Alushta.

It was established that the city administration adopted a resolution, according to which it is allowed to use a land plot of 100 square meters. m on Gorky Street for the placement of markets. At the same time, this site is a public area where a public transport stop is located, and it is impossible to organize retail trade there.the prosecutor’s office said.

In view of the revealed violations by the prosecutor’s office, a protest was brought against the decision of the local self-government body. Based on the results of its consideration, the illegal legal act was canceled.

The strangest thing in this story is that the «market» in Alushta on the street. Gorky, exactly the one who almost always was de facto at the bus stop. The local authorities decided to «legitimize» it… Now we have to fight trade here.
