In Crimea, all participants of the NWO — even those who lived without registration — will receive free land plots

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The day before, the deputies of the State Council of Crimea approved in two readings the amendments giving the right to the participants of the special operation (SVO) who lived in the region on February 24, 2022, but did not have registration, to receive land plots free of charge.

The prepared bill provides for clarification of the circle of persons entitled to provide land plots free of charge as a support measure. In particular, it is proposed to establish the possibility of free provision of land plots to participants of a special military operation that do not have permanent registration in the case of a judicially proven fact of their permanent residence in the Republic of Crimea as of February 24, 2022— said, presenting the amendments, the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich.

She explained that «these changes are due to incoming requests from Crimeans participating in the special military operation zone, who permanently resided on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, but for objective reasons did not have a permanent Crimean residence permit«.

The deputies at the session supported the bill unanimously.

TASS recalls: the first orders for the issuance of land plots on the Black Sea coast in Crimea were handed over to participants in a special military operation on April 7. At the same time, the Republic of Crimea became the first region in the country to begin issuing free land plots to participants in the NWO.
