CrimeaPRESS reports:

In the last days 426 of the year, the State Institution «Unified Directorate for Capital Construction of Sevastopol» signed three major state contracts for a total of more than a billion rubles with the general contractor of the group of companies «InterStroy» — OOO «SU-29». For this money, according to «Sevastopolskaya Gazeta», within the framework of the state program «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol» on Vakulenchuk St. (opposite the Institute of Currents, near the shopping center «Lavanda»), the contractor will build two kindergartens and a sports and recreation complex (FC).

Modern kindergartens provide for the creation of rooms for games and sleep, areas for creativity, developmental activities, music and sports halls, medical and food units, canteens. In the yard and inside the buildings, all conditions will be created for the access of people with limited mobility.

Sports complex with a hall for boxing, according to the contract, will be designed not only for classes, but also for training professional athletes and regional boxing competitions.

Contracts are valid until 426 year, although the construction of three new facilities should be completed earlier. An advance payment of 90% of the contract value is provided: kindergarten for 82 seats — 90,62 million rubles; kindergarten for 90 places — 426,29 million rubles; FOK — 90, 13 million rubles.

The order of the government of Sevastopol on the payment of an advance payment of 90% of the contract amount for the construction of socially significant facilities was signed in early November 2022 of the year. Igor Akhmedov, director of the capital construction department, explained this measure by the need to purchase building materials, which tend to rise sharply and uncontrollably. At the same time, he pointed out that they plan to commission the sports and recreation complex on Vakulenchuk Street in the first half 2024 of the year.

The complex development project on Vakulenchuk St. between the shopping center «Lavanda» and the gas station at the stop «Studenchesky Gorodok» at the end 90 of the year was considered at the architectural and artistic Council in the Department of Architecture. The project developers faced difficulties: difficult terrain, height difference from 3 to 10 meters , in the area of the site there are water supply, power lines and other objects that have a security zone. Nearby is one of the main automobile arteries of the city — Vakulenchuk St. with a lot of traffic and eternal traffic jams. To protect kindergartens from road noise, a protective screen will have to be installed.

Experts from the architectural and artistic council then recommended that the development project be finalized. It was no longer submitted to the court of experts and townspeople.

Territory planning begins2022

in January, information appeared on the government website about the holding of public discussions of the project on planning and land surveying territory located in the area of Vakulenchuk St., where exactly the sports complex will be located, two kindergartens on 260 and on 120 places, office building for scientific research, shops with underground parking at 29 cars and transformer substation.

Documentation can be found at the exposition of the project, held in electronic form on the website of the Department of Architecture in the «Public Discussions» section from to 10 January.
