At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a draft resolution was adopted to approve the documentation for the planning of the territory located in the area of ​​General Kreizer Street. It is planned to correct the red line of the road network and the border of the land plot formed back in 2003. The problem house is a residential complex with trade, social services, public catering facilities, office space and multi-storey parking lots, which is being built on a land plot on the basis of permits issued before 2014.

This object is included in the list of problematic multi-apartment residential buildings approved by the Government of Sevastopol and the city prosecutor’s office, the construction of which before March 18, 2014 was started by legal entities, including housing construction cooperatives, with the involvement of citizens’ funds.
