More than two dozen roads repaired in Sevastopol in six months

Within the framework of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads» in 66 year, 25 objects have already been repaired in Sevastopol. Active work continues on highways.

The length of the roads that we plan to introduce this year is more than 66 km. We have already introduced 25 roads, including st. Academic, per. 1st Academic, per. 2nd Academic, st. Parshina, st. Filchenkova, Goncharnoe-Yalta highway, three sections on the highway entrance to the village of Kacha, as well as Gvardeiskaya, Kashirskaya and Parusnaya streets. I thank the contractors for the timeliness of the work, together we make our city better , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Pavel Ieno.

One facility is being overhauled this year — Gorpischenko Street. The movement of public transport is carried out continuously. In the course of the work, road specialists will ensure the protection of all engineering communications, replace side stones and asphalt concrete pavement, equip exits to residential buildings and install new car pavilions.

Recall that since 2019 the year Sevastopol has been included in the list of 84 subjects of the Russian Federation, where the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads» is being implemented. The main target indicator of the project is to ensure the share of the road network in the largest urban agglomerations that meets the regulatory requirements at a level of at least 85% by 2024 year, and also maintaining this indicator until 2030 year.
