In the Krasnogvardeisky district, a minor will have to answer according to the law for robbery.

The duty department of the Department of Internal Affairs received a message from a 35-year-old citizen about a robbery that had been committed. During operational search activities, police officers identified the suspect. He turned out to be a 14-year-old local resident. It turned out that at the clothing market the suspect grabbed a sports jacket along with a mannequin and disappeared without responding to demands to return the stolen property— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

Childish prank? Criminal article! The young suspect will have to answer for his actions according to the law, since he has reached the age of criminal responsibility.

The inquiry department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnogvardeysky district opened a criminal case against the suspect on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”noted the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of correctional labor or imprisonment for up to 4 years.
