In Sevastopol — IX Crimean International Music Festival

From 19 to 24 September, the IX Crimean International Music Festival takes place in Sevastopol and Crimea. Within its framework, you can visit symphony and chamber-instrumental concerts. There will also be a series of master classes for young musicians with the participation of professors and teachers from leading specialized universities in Russia. All festival events are available for visiting free of charge.

This festival opens its doors for the ninth time in order to provide our lovers and connoisseurs of music with unique programs. The project is supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and takes place within the framework of the federal project «Creative People» of the national project «Culture» , — the press service of the director of the department of culture of Sevastopol, Irina Romanets, quotes.

Performers from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Saratov, Tambov regions, Stavropol Territory take part in the festival. Master classes will be given by professors and teachers of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinov, the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M.I. Glinka, the Russian Academy of Music. Gnesins, musicians of the Volga Chamber Orchestra. The participation of the Donetsk Academic Symphony Orchestra named after S. S. Prokofiev, classical music performers from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Tambov Musical and Pedagogical Institute named after S. V. Rachmaninov, the North Caucasus Institute of Arts is also expected.

Recall that the festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the House of the Noble Assembly of Crimea.
