In the area of Omega Bay, illegal construction work is being carried out, for which the Sevgosstroynadzor did not issue a permit. However, residents of the microdistrict report that excavators are already digging a pit at the site.
Sevgosstroynadzor informs that in December the developer was denied confirmation of the completion of the construction of the foundation of a capital construction facility located on a land plot in the area bay Omega. At the same time, neither in the pre-trial order, nor in court, the said refusal was challenged by the developer , — reported in the Sevgosstroynadzor.
Employees of the department intend to check the information that appeared in social networks, therefore 11 November they will go to the place «to establish and suppress possible signs of violation of urban planning legislation.»
