A Crimean will go to a colony for seven years. «Weed» ruined

The prosecutor’s office of the Kirovsky district of Crimea supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 48-year-old local resident. The Crimean was found guilty by the court of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph «g» part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“attempted illegal sale of a narcotic drug on a large scale”).
It was established that the convict, at his place of residence in the village of Zhuravki, for the purpose of further sale, grew several bushes of a drug-containing plant — hemp, from which he received 1.2 kg of cannabis (marijuana)— said the prosecutor’s office.
The man was sued by «clients», but was caught by law enforcement officers. The police promptly stopped the criminal activity, the drug was confiscated … And the investigation was short-lived.
The court was strict. According to the position of the public prosecutor, the guilty person was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 7 years with serving in a strict regime correctional colony. The verdict of the court did not enter into force.
