A drug dealer was detained in the Saksky district. «Baryzhil» marijuana, «on the job»

In the Saki district, police officers stopped the activities of a citizen suspected of illegal distribution of drugs.

Employees of the department for drug control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» received operational information about the involvement of a previously convicted 43-year-old local resident in the distribution of prohibited substances of plant origin. As a result of a further check, the investigators found out that in the premises at the place of work, the attacker may be selling marijuana to residents of the Saki district.— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The investigators conducted a search at the place of work of the Sakchanin, during which they found and seized a plastic bag in which 32 paper bundles and 10 matchboxes with a dried herbal substance with a specific smell were stored. According to the results of the examination, it was established that the seized substance is a narcotic drug «cannabis» (marijuana), with a total weight of 104.16 grams.

The offender fully admitted his guilt, explaining that he packaged the marijuana indoors at the place of work for the purpose of subsequent sale to third parties.

Employees of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Saksky” initiated a criminal case on this fact on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Attempted to illegally sell narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances). The sanction of this article provides for punishment from ten to twenty years in prison.the police said.

Currently, the suspect is detained by law enforcement officers in accordance with Art. 91 Code of Criminal Procedure.
