A «night rider» was detained in Bakhchisarai. Tried to pay off, it only got worse

A 29-year-old local resident was convicted in Bakhchisarai. Based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 3 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to give a bribe).

It was established that the convict, in a state of intoxication, was driving a VAZ 2101 car along the night Bakhchisarai, driving into the oncoming traffic lane. Being stopped by the traffic police, he tried to give them a bribe for not bringing him to administrative responsibility for driving while intoxicated, but the law enforcement officers refused it.— told the details in the prosecutor’s office.

In accordance with the guilty verdict issued by the Bakhchisaray District Court, the guilty person was sentenced to a fine.
