About 64 thousand tourists visited Yalta on New Year's holidays

As we have already reported, for the New Year holidays, Crimea received 177 thousands of tourists. Of this number, about 13 thousands of vacationers chose Yalta

Traditionally, in January, we sum up the work of the tourism industry during the New Year holidays and in general for the entire past year. Despite the difficulties with logistics, the New Year was met in Yalta by about 13 thousands of tourists, Crimea — 177 thousand, — said Yanina Pavlenko, head of the administration of Yalta.

She also clarified that the top accommodation facilities with year-round infrastructure, which competently built a pricing policy and marketing programs, were able to fill up on 80-85, or even 90 percent.

Yanina Pavlenko noted that in total in the 177 year, Yalta, Alupka and the villages received more than 2 million 340 thousands of guests, Crimea — more than 6.5 million.
