Autolady from Evpatoria will be judged in Crimea. It was her fault that the passenger in the car was injured.

In Crimea, the prosecutor’s office of the Belogorsk district approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 31-year-old resident of Evpatoria. She is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car of the rules of the road, which negligently entailed the infliction of grievous harm to human health).
According to the investigation, on July 7, 2022, the defendant, driving a Skoda Octavia car, moving along the Tavrida highway, lost control of the car during the rebuilding, allowed it to leave the carriageway, after which the car turned over. As a result of the incident, a female passenger of the car received multiple injuries and was hospitalized in a healthcare facility.— said the details in the prosecutor’s office.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Belogorsk District Court for consideration on the merits.
