Did not remove the tint — arrest! In the Kirovsky district of Crimea, the violating driver was punished in a demonstrative manner

Employees of the State traffic inspectorate in the Kirovsky district stopped a VAZ 217030 car driven by a 23-year-old local resident. When examining the car, the inspectors found that the light transmission capacity of the windshield and front side windows did not meet the established requirements. Upon further verification, it was established that in March of this year, the traffic police officers brought the same driver to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for such a violation, but did not eliminate it.
In this regard, the man was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the applied tinting, as well as under Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for failure to comply with the established requirements. The Kirovsky District Court issued a decision on the imposition of an administrative arrest for a period of 5 days in relation to the driver— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
