Vladimir Koshelev, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, spoke about the fact that the Unified Digital Platform for Supply and Demand in the New Construction Market is being prepared for launch in the Russian Federation.

There is a lack of a unified digital platform of supply and demand that will unite the needs of the market: where, what and how much should be built, both by state order and by the volume of housing commissioning , the parliamentarian quotes Interfax-Real Estate.

He explained that this would eliminate market distortions such as rising prices and shortages in certain regions.

These things are essential, at the moment the platform is being prepared for implementation. On the part of the State Duma, we will legislate it so that the platform works at full capacity, so that there is a single information base on supply and demand , — emphasizes Vladimir Koshelev.

In turn, the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Irek Faizulin, noted that the integration of spatial data requires a lot of joint work: “We need a combination of products so that we can not reinvent the wheel.”
