For unremoved tinted car windows, a resident of the Kirovsky district received 5 days of arrest

23-year-old resident of the village. Privetnoye was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
On May 2, 2023, a traffic police officer stopped a car driven by a resident of the Kirovsky district. During the verification of documents, it was found that the offender did not comply with the requirement of the traffic police officer to remove the tinted windows of the car, thereby the driver disobeyed the lawful demand of the police officer by operating the car. The perpetrator admitted his guilt in committing the offense and repented of his deed, explained that he did not remove the tint, because there was no time, now the tint has been removed, it took 5 minutes. The court, having comprehensively studied the case materials, established the guilt of the person brought to administrative responsibility, and sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of 5 days— reported the press service of the Kirovsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea.
The decision has not entered into force.
