How the Crimean authorities support investors. No project canceled

CrimeaPRESS reports:

All plans for the implementation of investment projects in the Republic of Crimea remain in force, despite logistical and other difficulties. This was told by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov. According to him, «major market players» are in no hurry to make investment decisions, and this is their right. However, all investors with whom agreements have already been concluded earlier continue to work. The Crimean authorities have given them the «green light», so they leave it on.

Not a single project has been canceled, all fulfill their obligations under the signed agreements. There is a slowdown in housing construction, but this is understandable — investors do not have big sales. In addition, it is also associated with logistical difficulties. Some large investors have already asked to help organize the delivery of building materials.— said Aksyonov.

The Head of the Republic announced changes in the conditions of investment projects.

We agreed that the investor, instead of transferring 10% of the “space” to the municipality where the construction is being carried out, will invest these 10% in infrastructure. This will save you money from the budget. The decision applies to all investment projectshe explained.

The head of Crimea assured that the republican authorities support investors and help find solutions to emerging problems. Many issues are resolved immediately in manual mode, assistance is provided during negotiations.
