In Crimea, it is easiest to get a job with the help of relatives in the industrial and financial sectors

Almost 8 out of 10 employers in Crimea employ relatives of employees. The larger the company, the more tolerant it is to family relationships between colleagues. It is easiest to get a job using family ties in the industrial and financial sectors. HR managers from Crimea took part in the survey of SuperJob, a high-paying job search service.
Relatives of those who already work for the company are hired by almost 8 out of 10 Crimean companies (79%). Judging by the comments, HR managers consider this recruiting channel a good source of personnel: “There is a special referral program”; “We take the children of employees to work specialties.” 18% of employers do not practice hiring relatives: “The team should have, first of all, business relations”— noted in the press service of the service.
Family members of employees are more likely to be hired by large companies than small businesses (94% vs. 69%). It is easiest to find a job through family ties in the areas of production and finance (in these industries, relatives of employees are accepted by 80% and 79% of companies, respectively).
