In most Crimean companies, less than 11% of the staff remain remote employees

The era of mass remoteness seems to be over. There are more companies with telecommuters than before COVID, but the percentage of those who work remotely is very small. Representatives of companies from the Crimea took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Remote staff today is in 4 out of 10 companies. In St. Petersburg, remote staff is now in 36% of enterprises and organizations, in Moscow and the regions — in 40%. However, the proportion of those who work remotely is small: in 7 out of 10 companies that have retained the remote nature of work, less than 11% of the staff. Today, programmers (in 49% of enterprises and organizations) and HRs (in 13% of companies) most often work remotely. 11% of employers have left part of their office staff remotely. 10% — accounting and call center, 7% — designers— noted in the press service of the service.
