On behalf of the head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol V.N. Terentiev, a procedural verification of the information, voiced on the air of one of the TV channels of the city of Sevastopol, about violations of their housing rights has been organized and is being carried out.
During the monitoring of the TV broadcast, the investigating authorities uncovered a story in which it is reported that several families in Molochnaya Balka may lose their homes. Thus, the participants of the consumer cooperative told the media representatives that a road is planned to be laid through the lands on which they have been living for more than ten years. Moreover, citizens were never allowed to complete the registration of the land on which they live, and the plots, along with property, gardens and buildings, were leased— reports the press service of the regional department of the Sledkom.

On behalf of the head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the investigators joined in checking the information presented and establishing all the circumstances.
As part of the procedural audit, the position of the department of property and land relations of the city of Sevastopol will be studied, documentation on the situation will be requested and studied, interaction with citizens will be organized, and the actions of employees of authorized services and departments will be assessed— noted in the Sledkom.
Based on the results of the audit, a legally reasoned procedural decision will be made.
