In Sevastopol, the procedure for issuing and implementing a certificate for receiving social benefits for orphans and children left without parental care has been approved.

Now we can help to purchase housing for one of the most vulnerable categories — orphans. The funds of the certificate can be used to purchase an apartment or a residential building in the city , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The amount of the social payment is 4.7 million rubles. It is calculated based on the marginal cost of one square meter of the total area of ​​residential premises in the city of Sevastopol, established by the Government of Sevastopol and the minimum size of the total area of ​​​​residential premises provided under a social tenancy agreement — 33 sq. m. for a citizen living alone.
