In the city of Saki, a solemn presentation of the keys to 65 apartments took place. The construction of a 198-apartment building was carried out within the framework of the Standard Housing program. According to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, the new building was built using the latest technologies and modern materials. In the courtyard there is a landscaped area for recreation, spacious parking, modern safe playgrounds, as well as sports grounds and walking areas. The residential building was designed taking into account the accessibility of people with limited mobility.
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Ministers of the Crimean government Mikhail Nazarov and Svetlana Maslova.
10 apartments were given to orphans of the city of Saki and the Saki region. 16 apartments — for migrants from emergency housing. 39 were purchased by certain categories of citizens who have the right to purchase standard housing.
Also, within the framework of the Standard Housing program in 2023, the Crimean Republican Fund for the Development of Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending began construction of another multi-apartment residential building in the city of Saki. This object will include 174 apartments.
As part of the implementation of the program for the construction of standard housing on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, 6 multi-apartment residential buildings with an area of 59.1 thousand square meters were put into operation. The program provides for the possibility for certain categories of citizens to receive social payments in the amount of up to 30% of the cost of housing at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Crimea. To date, citizens have submitted 112 packages of documents to the Fund to participate in the program, — clarified in the Republican Council of Ministers. — Citizens included in the Register of Citizens Eligible to Purchase Standard Housing in the period from March 02 to May 09 inclusive can apply to the Crimean Republican Fund for the Development of Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending with an application to purchase standard housing.
