in Simferopol. At the stadium of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, competitions were held for carrying out emergency rescue operations during the elimination of emergency situations in road transport. In total, 10 teams took part in the competition, including the team of the Simferopol emergency rescue team «CRIME-SPAS» that was represented outside the competition.
The teams, four people each, demonstrated to the judges their actions in a situation where, as a result of an accident, two conditional victims were blocked in a car.
The judges evaluated the correctness, speed and effectiveness of actions to unblock the “victims” from the car, provide them with first aid, including immobilization of injured limbs, and transport them on a special stretcher to an ambulance.
Employees of KRYM-SPAS demonstrated how to work with a hydraulic rescue tool. The guys showed great results.— commented the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Sadakliev.
