On «Gosuslugi» you can fill out an application for a single allowance for children and pregnant women

Submission of for a single allowance — a new measure of support for pregnant women and families with children is open on the public services portal up to 17 years. Parents from all regions of the country can already fill out an application for payment.
The algorithm of actions leads to the of the Social Fund of Russia. It is enough to indicate in electronic form on the portal information about the marital status, children and family composition, as well as choose for whom the allowance is issued — a pregnant woman or a child. Part of the data for applying for benefits, including SNILS, passport, phone number and address of residence, will automatically be pulled into the application. Parents only need to check their correctness.
In most cases, an electronic application will be enough to apply for benefits. All additional information will be requested by the specialists of the Social Fund of Russia on their own. If it becomes necessary to confirm any information, the applicant will receive a notification in his personal account with a request to submit documents within business days.
It will be possible to do this starting from January 9 at the client offices of the Social Fund of Russia. They will open after the New Year holidays in order to provide all the previously existing services of the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund in a single window format. The joint service points of the two funds will also begin accepting applications for new services, including applications for a single benefit.
The standard time frame provided for by the rules for reviewing applications will be working days. If the decision is positive, the funds will be transferred within 5 working days after the payment is made.
It should be noted that the single allowance will replace the five current support measures for needy families. These are two monthly payments for the first or third child up to 3 years old, two monthly payments for children from 3 to 8 years old or from 8 to 17 years old, as well as monthly payment for pregnancy. The family can choose to receive a single benefit or continue to receive benefits under the old rules until the end of the appointment. An exception is the parents of children born before 31 December 2022 inclusive, under the age of 3 years. These families will be able to continue receiving old benefits until the child is 3 years old.
The new single allowance will be assigned to families with incomes below the regional subsistence level per person. When assigning the allowance, a comprehensive assessment of family income and property is applied, and the employment of parents is also taken into account.
The amount of the allowance also depends on income. It will be 31%, 75% or 100% of the regional subsistence minimum for an adult or a child — depending on the basis on which the allowance is established. On average in Russia, now the payment for children ranges from 7 thousand to thousand rubles per month. For pregnant women, the corresponding amount is from 7.8 thousand to 15, 7 thousand rubles per month.
Recall that the unified allowance is introduced from 2023 year, simultaneously with the start of the work of the Social Fund of Russia, which will administer this support measure. On the State Services portal, an opportunity is open to fill out an application for a single allowance ahead of schedule.
