The Kirovsky District Court delivered a verdict in a criminal case against a 40-year-old resident of the region. A Crimean woman, she was found guilty of committing crimes under ch. 2.3 Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed with causing significant damage to a citizen, on a large scale), clause “a” part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with illegal entry into a dwelling).
It was established that the defendant, having promised the partner’s mother and her friend help in purchasing cars at a reduced price, received funds for these purposes in the amount of almost 550 thousand rubles, which she disposed of at her own discretion. In addition, she secretly stole 16,000 rubles from the victim’s apartment.— told the details in the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the public prosecutor, sentenced the guilty party to 2 years and 2 months in prison to be served in a penal colony of general regime. The defendant was also charged with damages caused by the crime.
