Representatives of companies from the Crimea took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
After the start of the SVO, employers faced changes in the labor market: in traditionally “male” fields of activity, the average age of candidates increased due to a decrease in the number of applicants under the age of 45. Men of military age are less likely to change jobs for various reasons (primarily the presence of a delay in mobilization and the stable operation of the enterprise). Under the current conditions, 4 out of 10 employers hire pensioners on a general basis (along with younger candidates), in every third company, pensioners are employed from time to time or for some positions, — noted in the press service of the service.
Most often, candidates of retirement age in Crimea have vacancies for skilled workers and sales employees (25 and 24%, respectively, of the number of employers hiring pensioners). 14% of companies are ready to hire retirees as engineers, 13% as drivers, and 8% as accountants.
