Opinion: investment projects in Sudak are connected with the tourism potential of the city

The eastern region of Crimea, in particular, Sudak, beloved by vacationers, is becoming a center of attraction for the implementation of major projects in the field of construction, tourism development, infrastructure and a number of others. This opinion was expressed by Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

A clear evidence of the attractiveness of Sudak, as one of the popular places for recreation of our citizens, are projects for the construction of modern apartments, campsites, boarding houses, and infrastructure facilities. We see that Sudak is changing for the better, the complexes under construction will become a real decoration of the city— said Irina Kiviko.

According to her, in recent years the Sudak hotel complex has been widely developed. Fans of car tourism can stay in cottages, private hotels with guarded parking lots and garages, private boarding houses offer a budget housing option for young families and students.

Apartments, cottages and turnkey luxury apartments are in high demand. Hotels, boarding houses, private apartments, a flexible system of discounts and promotions — all this attracts tourists.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Crimea visited the site in Sudak, where one of the investment projects is being implemented within the framework of the free economic zone for the construction of a sales office of a developer company, the purchase of construction and other equipment, machinery, machinery and inventory, the organization of construction project management processes and an increase in staff .

Irina Kiviko said that within the framework of the free economic zone in Sudak, more than 1.5 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of investment projects, of which more than 1.3 billion rubles were capital investments, more than 500 jobs were created.

Eduard Grivkovsky, the founder of Specialized Developer Forum-Chaika LLC, said that the developer company has begun construction of the Apart-Hotel complex with a total area of ​​60,353.1 sq. m two years ago. The first stage of the complex has already been built and commissioned, which is actively populated. The total cost of the project is estimated at about 4 billion rubles. More than 150 new jobs will be created.

The head of the administration of Sudak Konstantin Podsevalov noted that such projects are significant for the resort town. According to him, the implementation of this project provides not only comfortable apartments for Sudak, but at the same time, there is an agreement with the investor on the improvement of part of the embankment and the beach according to modern standards. Access will be available to everyone.
