Presidential elections were held in the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol. New president — Maxim Yurchenko
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On May 19, 2023, a general extraordinary meeting of members of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol was held. The purpose of the event was the election of the President of the Chamber.
In addition to members of the professional association, the meeting was attended by the head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for Sevastopol Natalya Chernenkova and the head of the department for non-profit organizations of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for Sevastopol Anna Shabalina.
In her welcoming speech, Natalya Chernenkova noted that the notarial community of Sevastopol is distinguished by its solidarity and professionalism. And this is not an unfounded assertion. During the existence of the Chamber and its leadership of the notary of Sevastopol Olga Kalenkovich, three inspections of the activities of the legal entity were carried out — two inspections were carried out by the Federal Notary Chamber and one by the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for Sevastopol. According to the conclusions made by the commissions conducting the inspection, a high level of organization of the Chamber’s activities was noted.
Natalya Borisovna also noted that Olga Kalenkovich was elected president by the decision of the members of the notarial chamber at the first constituent assembly in 2014. This decision turned out to be very true and wise. Olga Nikolaevna led the notarial community for two consecutive terms of her office. Incredibly difficult years of the formation of the notarial chamber as such, its formation and development. During this time, a lot has been done, but the tasks that the future president will need to solve are no less complex and important —
Then the Sevastopol notaries proceeded to the procedure of secret voting and counting of votes.
According to the voting results, notary Maxim Yurchenko was elected president of the notary chamber of the city of Sevastopol.
And since Maksim Vladimirovich has until now acted as vice-president of the Chamber, his election to the position led to another administrative reshuffle — by decision of the board of the Chamber, notary Nina Troyan became vice-president.
