Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities continues on the South Coast

The Prime Minister of Crimea examined several objects.
In the village of Maly Mayak, Alushta city district, the Utyos sewerage treatment plant is being reconstructed. This was announced by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuriy Gotsanyuk. He inspected a number of WWTP facilities on the South Coast.
Checked the progress of the work. Today, the construction readiness of the facility is 35%. Construction work is underway to lay local water or wastewater pipelines— said Yuri Gotsanyuk.
According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, in the village of Katsiveli, Yalta city district, the construction of sewage treatment facilities with deep-water discharge into the sea is underway.
Construction readiness of the object is 30%. The capacity of the WWTP will be 2.5 thousand cubic meters per day. This will completely cover the needs of the residents of the village, taking into account the holiday season. Construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2023— said the head of the Republican Council of Ministers.
In the village of Foros, Yalta city district, the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities is also underway.
All necessary work will continue. The capacity of the collector is 5,000 cubic meters per day. The work is carried out within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation. Completion is planned for the end of 2023— summed up Yuri Gotsanyuk.
