Registration for the All-Russian event “YOUR BUSINESS. Factory of Entrepreneurship”, which will be held in the Irkutsk region in the city of Baikalsk in BAIKAL.CENTER from 4 to 7 August.
All-Russian event “YOUR BUSINESS. Entrepreneurship Factory” is a project aimed at developing progressive business case solutions for the B2B, B2C, B2G segments in the field of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) by young people who want to develop in the entrepreneurial direction.
Registration for the event is open until June 4 inclusive:
The goal of the project is to create conditions for the personal and professional self-realization of young entrepreneurs and young people interested in starting their own business in Russia. In addition, participation in the event will involve active guys in the key projects of the Rosmolodezh.Business track.
Applications for participation can be submitted by Russian citizens aged 18 to 35 years old, aimed at finding new ideas in the field of entrepreneurship and improving segments of the business interaction model with customers, where: one company sells a product / service to other companies (B2B), a company sells a product/service to an end consumer or private individual (B2C), the company sells a product/service to government agencies (B2G).
The previous «Factory» in November 2022 in Kaliningrad was attended by 300 young people from 36 regions of Russia.
The objectives of the current project include popularization of the social responsibility of the business community and entrepreneurial activity in general, search, support, encouragement, dissemination of successful business practices of young entrepreneurs, support and formation of eco-trends among entrepreneurs.
The environmental agenda is one of the most pressing topics today, which runs like a red thread through all spheres of society. We at Rosmolodezh want to encourage young people to join existing eco-initiatives, create their own projects in this area and promote eco-values. We live on the same planet, interact with the same environment and must ensure its preservation and prosperity. Now we are negotiating with several enterprises of the region (in particular, this Irkutsk Aluminum and Aviation Plants, Irkutsk Petrochemical Company), who are ready to host the Factory participants and ask them to help in solving existing environmental problems, — notes Advisor to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Oleg Makarov.
The program of the project “YOUR BUSINESS. Entrepreneurship Factory» includes solving case studies in the field of business interaction with clients, a business program with master classes and pitching, discussions to discuss important business issues, a final presentation of the best business case design solutions and extracurricular formats such as networking sessions and business activities .
The organizers of the event are the track of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Rosmolodezh.Business, the Ministry for Youth Policy of the Irkutsk Region and the Center for the Development of the Baikal Region LLC.
