Sergey Aksyonov told how they will celebrate Victory Day in Crimea

CrimeaPRESS reports:

This year there are no mass events.

The head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov spoke about the format of holding events in Crimea dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day. He noted that representatives of the republican and municipal authorities, together with the deputies and youth, will visit veterans of the Great Patriotic War on May 9 and honor the participants in the special military operation.

All authorities participate in laying flowers and visiting veterans. Deputies and youth are preparing gifts. Separately, the guys will visit the participants of the special operation with congratulations. All our spiritual values, holiday traditions, stories about the exploits of our loved ones, relatives — all this will be on Victory Day— said the Head of the Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov stressed that the departure from the mass format is due to the fact that provocations are expected from Kyiv. According to the Head of the Republic, the attacks are informational in nature, their task is to sow panic among the population.

On the eve of the holidays, the Ukrainian CIPSO has increased its activity, its employees are working tirelessly. They come up with various stories, trying to persuade citizens to participate in fake actions, bringing people under the provisions of the articles of the Criminal Code. For example, in recent days on the Internet, the Ukrainian side has been actively spreading the idea of holding the so-called “Heavenly Regiment” action, the purpose of which, in fact, is to complicate the operation of air defense systems on the territory of the Republic of Crimea— said Sergey Aksyonov.

He urged the Crimeans not to believe the rumors, to focus only on official sources of information.
